Not only does it contain a wealth of information on different methods of dyeing, but it has 71 pages of plant-specific information, including growing, harvesting and dyeing techniques. For those visual learners out there, there are pictures of each plant, plus a colour code along the sides of each page to give you an idea of the range of colour potential.
